Earning Criteria

• Earner is an employee of IBM
• Demonstrated knowledge of IBM IGNITE Quality Engineering assets, methods and engagement practices with specific focus on API / Micro Services Testing
• Demonstrated the value to clients of API / Micro Services Testing by: Leveraging scripting expertise in Automation Tools (Groovy & Python) to develop & ideated framework design for the automation requirement; Developing Test Strategy & solution at the project level; Performing Feasibility Study of requirements including participating in Proof of Concepts; Performing environment analysis & proposed solutions with environment design; Contributing expertise to Requests for Proposals.
• Complete the following Learning Programmes: Service Visulisation Tools (please select 1 tool), API Testing Solution Advisor Course
• Completed five projects with minimal 3000 hours demonstrating core skills as defined in the GBS Progression & Promotion model
• Worked in Quality Engineering for a minimum of two years for at least 50% of their time
• Demonstrated the IT Development & Implementation skills criteria as defined in the GBS Progression & Promotion model
• Contributed to the evolution of the API / Micro Services by creating at least two assets e.g. Solutioning guidance, case studies, blogs, best practice, white papers, POV
• Coached at least two people through the process of adopting the API / Micro Services Testing on separate client engagements
• Understands the importance of the IBM Way and how it relates to Quality Engineering activities
