Operational Excellence
Operational Excellence badge earners develop an understanding of how to address the dynamic healthcare business environment. Regardless of healthcare professional practice specialty, individuals will understand the new healthcare business dynamics and complex challenges related to the three stakeholder groups: payers, providers and physicians. Upon successful completion of the Operational Excellence (Module II of the CHFP program) assessment the CHFP certification badge is awarded.

Complete the Operational Excellence assessment. The intent of this program is to exhibit mastery of the information learned in HFMA's Business of Health care, Module I of the CHFP program. NOTE: The CHFP is earned and awarded upon successful completion of two modules: HFMA Business of Health Care and Operational Excellence assessments.
