Earners of the Medical Assistant Workforce Training Certificate have met the requirements for approval under the guidelines of the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Students are competent in performing a variety of routine administrative and clinical tasks, as well as laboratory procedures. Students are prepared to take the certification exam and are eligible for national certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant through the (NHA).
