Must be an IBM Employee. This program is targeted at Consultants working in Expert Labs who are either Early Professional Hires (EPH) or Delivery professionals with experience and new to Expert Labs.

Early Professional Hires or Delivery Team members who are new to Expert Labs, and want to earn this badge will need to complete a structured interview with a designated SME. In order to successfully complete this interview, the new Delivery Team member will need to acquire the knowledge and complete all workshops/practicums/case studies provided through the relevant learning plan.
