The Core Stage of the Leadership Development Programme provides a foundation for all managers at Thinkproject, across all entities and levels in the organisation. The workshops on Managing Remotely and Embedding change include the themes that were identified as particularly important by Thinkproject, which are change management, communication and feedback, stress/mental wellbeing/workload management and managing/leading remotely.
