Safety CPT 4.0 Certificate

Candidates can earn an MSSC, certification in Safety 4.0, by successfully passing this assessment. The assessment is based upon the MSSC industry-defined core skill standards and certifications needed for production technicians within all sectors of manufacturing. The standards are comprised of Key Activities and related Performance Indicators in which certificants need to demonstrate competency. This course includes, emerging industrial 4.0 technologies.

Earning Criteria

Safety 4.0 assessments are based on the following skills: 1-Safe and productive workplace 2-Safety & environmental assessments 3-Emergency drills & emergency teams 4-Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action 5-Safety training 6-Equipment safety training 7-Processes and procedures that support safety of work environment 8-Safety & health requirements for maintenance, installation & repair 9-Safe equipment and operator performance 10-Safety-enhancing workplace practices.
The candidate will be recognize through successful certification, that they demonstrate mastery of the foundational, core competencies of advanced manufacturing production. Candidates will be prepared for positions ranging from entry-level to front-line supervisor. This is one of four courses designed for candidates to earn the MSSC CPT 4.0 certification. The courses are Safety, Quality Practices & Measurement, Manufacturing Processes & Production and Maintenance Awareness.
