Earning Criteria

Participate in a CHRISTUS Health Summer Internship Program.
Complete all activities included in the Learning and Development Plan, including assigned project.
Attend the Decker “Communicate to Influence” Program.
Attend the Everything DISC program.
Conduct final presentation to Executives.
