Additionally, the program they led, or their positive contribution as invention group leaders, is recognized by the executive sponsor(s)/leaders as successful.

Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM
Complete the DIaaS - Program Facilitators/Organizers learning plan or the DIaaS - Program Invention Group Leaders learning plan
Successfully facilitate an Aspiring Inventors DIaaS-powered program with 10+ participants where the program/initiative resulted in the submission of 3+ disclosures (show proof of disclosure submission with names of participants). -The program is recognized by executive sponsor(s) as a successful initiative: if run as an Academy of Technology initiative, then the initiative must be rated satisfactory or higher, otherwise, an email confirmation from a business/technical executive is required.
OR
Successfully led a group of Aspiring Inventors in a DIaaS-powered program that resulted in the submission of 1+ disclosures (show proof of disclosure submission with names of participants). The contribution as a group leaders is recognized by the initiative leaders/facilitators as positive; if run as an OIC initiative, then the group leader must be rated standard or higher, otherwise, an email confirmation from initiative leaders/facilitators is required to confirm participation rating.
