• This badge designates that its holder has successfully completed mindbodygreen’s Functional Nutrition course and earned the title mbg Functional Nutrition Expert. They have demonstrated of functional nutrition and learned cooking techniques to optimize nutrition, as well as practices to improve digestion, calm inflammation, eat & supplement for optimal brain, heart, gut, and hormone health, and how to make sustainable food choices.
