Earning Criteria

Fellows gain foundational business skills and earn a customized certificate in business by completing 100+ hours of courses with either Georgetown University (DC program) or Loyola University Chicago (Chicago program).

Fellows commit 140+ hours to introspection, storytelling, and personal growth. Graduates have participated in activities that provide opportunities to process their past, reflect on their current experiences, and envision their future.

Graduates complete 113+ hours of experiential learning, immersed in the ins and outs of running our successful Dog Tag Bakery, and focused on developing their leadership and teamwork experience.

Graduates participate in 138+ hours of programming to explore careers and gain skills through workshops with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and subject-matter experts.

Fellows utilize strategic thinking, planning, and decision-making to prepare and complete their Capstone project. Graduates are required to develop a robust business plan, and deliver a business pitch to a panel of experts at the culmination of the Fellowship.
