The Future of Sourcing Awards program recognizes organizations and individuals that show innovation, leadership and transformation in categories that are critical to the sourcing industry. Individual awards were presented in two individual categories and one special category: Rising Star, Sourcing Star and Supernova Hall of Fame. Recipients of this badge were nominated and chosen as winners in one of these categories.

Earning Criteria

Individual award nominations may have been submitted by a colleague or a business partner. Nominations were evaluated on merits, accomplishments, successes and other factors. Once chosen, finalists were interviewed in Future of Sourcing, a digital publication, and winners were recognized at the Future of Sourcing Awards ceremony.
This award recognized an individual newer to the industry whose thought leadership and expertise have shown promise that is likely to have a lasting impact on the industry.
