A badge holder has sufficient knowledge, understanding and application of the Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology, practice and analytical tools to be able to work effectively as the team leader of Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects or as a member of a Black Belt process improvement project, within an environment supporting Lean Six Sigma.
