Earners of the COR.E Wellbeing Dynamics™ Specialist (CWDS) certification have completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching’s (iPEC) COR.E Dynamics™ training program, including all training requirements and consisting of 40 hours of instruction and practice. This includes training necessary to coach with a specialized focus applying the principles of Energy Leadership™. CWDS certified coaches support clients with any aspect of supporting wellbeing.

Earning Criteria

Complete all coursework and practicum as well as successfully pass the two-part written exam. Completion of the CWDS certification is equivalent to 40 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU). CWDS certified coaches are able to recognize and assist with shifting the common challenges of health issues, weight loss struggles, new exercise plans, and serious diagnoses. They have mastered coaching language and can coach their clients to support optimal health.
