One of the following combinations of education and fence industry experience: Three years of experience with a four-year Bachelor's degree; Four years of experience with an Associate's Degree; Five years of experience with a high school diploma or GED; Ten years of experience with none of the above

Pass two pre-qualifying online written exams covering core fence installation topics and specific fence disciplines

Pass six in-person written exams covering the business topics covered in the study guide: Marketing, Advertising, and Sales; Estimating and Bidding; Insurance and Legal Issues; Accounting and Corporate Structure; OSHA Compliance and Safety Management; and UL 325 and ASTM F2200.
