Sales and presales roles are able to identify and qualify opportunities for Enterprise Application Access (EAA), Secure Internet Access Enterprise (SIA), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). In the support role, the level 1 specialist gathers customer information in order to determine the issue, as it relates to their Akamai products.
