Participants must complete the following 5 courses in order to earn this certificate: Human Resources Management Introduction, Human Resources Law, Compensation Design and Administration, Employee Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity, Talent Acquisition (or Recruitment).

Standards
Each of the USF Human Resources Management Certificate courses is valid for 12 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
