Complete a 360 feedback assessment.
Participate in a series of six instructor led workshops: The Power of Inclusion – Building inclusive environments, Understanding yourself – The first step in building your inclusivity, Wheel of Power and Privilege, Understanding Differences-Moving from empathy to compassion, The virtuous loop – How inclusive teams build community and drive change, How simple everyday actions can drive inclusion.
Completion of the following supplemental e-learning modules: Subtle Acts of Exclusion 20-minute workshop, Inclusion and Appreciation 20-minute workshop, Simple Language: 20-minute workshop, Operationalizing Empathy: 20-minute workshop.
Participate in an immersive experience
Create an educational video demonstrating an understanding of key concepts learned.
