Earning Criteria

• Must be an IBM employee
• Complete formal training in your area of specialty either through attendance at a taught course, or through self-study
• Apply technical skills and knowledge of the client's business issues to lead a workstream to develop solutions to meet the client's needs
• Is a strong vocal advocate within the developer community and relevant open source communities providing advice and helping others to contribute
• Enhance and maintain IBM's technical vitality through giveback such as teaching, speaking at events, development of Intellectual capital and assets, publications, technical presentations and voluntary work for the Profession
• Achieve Developer Profession Level 2 upon Manager and Subject Matter Expert review and approval
