Earning Criteria

• This 132-hour International Coach Federation (ICF) certified Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) course divided into 12 full-day sessions, 10 video classes, self-recorded practice coaching sessions, outside classwork and a final exam.
• Knowledge: During the course, the students Intricately understand coaching and coaching theory making them able to explain it in simple, intuitive terms. The students will also understand the requirements of 21st-century leadership and its implications.
• Self-Mastery: This course will help students develop the cognitive, emotional, and body awareness required for self-mastery in becoming effective coaches.
• Practice: Students record 6, 30-minute coaching sessions, which will be reviewed by a mentor coach. Feedback will be provided to the student as it relates to their application of the ICF Core Competencies.
• Reinforcement: Students attend 7, 1-hour video conferences during the weeks that classes are not in session, which will complement and reinforce the theories and skills discussed during classes.
• Assessment: The final exam will consist of a written open-book exam that will further students learning by demonstrating the practical application of their learning. A recorded coaching session will be submitted that will demonstrate the ability to apply the ICF Core Competencies at an ICF PCC level.  Upon passing the exam, a Certificate of Completion will be issued which can be submitted to the ICF when applying for their ACC and PCC certifications.
