Earning Criteria

Applied at least 4 years of project management experience and 2 years of technical/industry/business experience (excluding any overlap with PM experience)
Managed an average of 7 resources per month in any 12 month period in the last 4 years
Demonstrated evidence of 2 giveback instances to the Project Management Community, one as a mentor of a Project Manager
Completed one of the IBM Project Management mandatory education learning paths, AND earned an approved external certification in project management (see list here)
Submitted validation requirements for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) review. Experience was assessed by Project Management Board members, and have successfully passed the Board interviews as defined in the certification process.
