Individual Mentoring is for the experienced MBSR teacher seeking refinement in their teaching skills, attitudes, and perspectives as they move toward Certification. Working with a teacher-mentor, participant meets weekly as they teach the MBSR program, providing reflections and class notes. This dynamic relational process, establishes a safe space for the MBSR teacher to explore teaching challenges, strengths, misunderstandings, and breakthroughs.

Earning Criteria

Meets for 10-sessions while actively teaching the 8-week MBSR program. The mentee is invited to investigate curriculum comprehension, relational teaching, approaches to meeting challenges as well as moments of ease and freedom.
