Organisational Coach Supervisor Certification

IECL define coaching supervision as a systematic process for the ongoing development of the organisational coach in which personal, relational, professional and contextual issues arising from coaching practice are explored through reflection, action and inquiry. IECL trains experienced coaches in the skills required to supervise other coaches, and remains at the forefront of coaching supervision, having researched, designed and tested our own model for supervision.

Earning Criteria

Attend a three-day intensive, experiential supervision skills workshop, virtually from anywhere in the world.

Complete preparation work online, before and after the workshop.

Attend peer group supervision sessions to practice and embed new skills.

Your skills as a supervisor will be assessed in the workshop days and the supervision groups.
