The 'SFIA in Practice: SFIA for Staff Development' (previously known as 'SFIA for People Leaders') course is a half-day course covering: the use of SFIA in staff development conversations focussed on skills development; the use of SFIA tools and team analytics to assess team and individual development needs; the use of SFIA in professional development planning for teams and individuals.
Participants will have completed the Introduction to SFIA for Practitioners training (or have equivalent experience in using SFIA) prior to attending a "SFIA in Practice" training course. The Introduction to SFIA for Practitioners training is accredited by the SFIA Foundation and provides an overview of the SFIA Framework and how it can be used within an organisation to enhance and develop the skills and competency of the workforce.
