Earning Criteria

This individual achieved certification by the Profession Board that he/she is able to lead large multi disciplinary teams which span the organization; to define the client's business problem; develop an appropriate solution which considers potential alternatives; achieve business impact for the client, and apply the lessons learned to future opportunities with other clients.
This individual led multi-disciplinary teams in complex projects for the client, which delivered business value and demonstrated innovative thinking. They showed the ability to negotiate successfully, provide technical direction, and lead team and provide technical leadership, whilst assessing the business impact and developing the solution.
This individual has shown that they continue to develop their technical and professional skills as evidenced by a minimum of 120 hours of training and personal development completed in the last 3-5 years.
This individual has enhanced and maintained IBM's technical vitality through mentoring others (required) and other forms of give back including the development of IC/IP, enablement assets, publications, technical presentations and voluntary work on Certification Review Boards.
