Earning Criteria

• Must be a Kyndryl employee.
• Must have been recognized as a speaker/instructor meeting at least 1 of the following criteria on at least 3 different engagements (opportunities) in the past two years: 1. Kyndryl hosted conference for clients and/or partners 2. Third-party hosted industry or technical events 3. Client hosted event. 4. Kyndryl knowledge sharing forums for employees (such as webinars) 5. Delivered an official learning workshop as part of the Kyndryl Learning curriculum(s) 6. Internal Kyndryl trainings
• Presentation must have been to large groups (15+ for internal events and 50+ for third-party-hosted industry events) with prepared materials, adapting the materials to the audience .) Content delivered must be relevant to Kyndryl business or employee development
• The delivery time should be at least 30 minutes. The total prep and delivery time should be at least 5 hours
• At least 2 different topics must have been presented in the course of 3 different speaking engagements
• To earn the badge, you must present the following event details for every one of the 3 engagements: o Event Title: o Event Duration: o Delivery date: o Amount of time preparing content: o Number of attendees: o Content description: o Skills transferred: o class NPS or satisfaction survey as well as any feedback to illustrate your recognition as an SME in the subject and the successful transferring of knowledge to attendees
• Enroll into Workday Learning Certificate Program.
