Earning Criteria

Completion of minimum 125 coach training hours that meet the International Coaching Federation guidelines for credentialing.

Have done a minimum of 60 experienced coaching hours, with at least 10 different clients, using the Ontological coaching distinctions and the International Coaching Federation standards for coaching at the PCC level.

Received 12 1-on-1 coach/mentor hours.

Completed their coach assessment at the International Coaching Federation standards for coaching at the PCC level.

Pass both knowledge and performance assessments at the Newfield Ontological Certified Coach level and at the International Coaching Federation standards for coaching at the PCC level.
Standards
The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coach Federation.
The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders, who commit to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
Ontological coaching is one of the most effective methodologies for transformation available today—both personal transformation and organizational transformation. Ontological coaching is a practice that facilitates the emergence of new possibilities in the personal and/or professional life of an individual (or group).
