Must be an IBM employee
Contribution of Carbon Asset for Reuse: Include code, design documents, process improvements, guidance, or enhancements (all linkable from the Carbon Pattern Asset Library), reusable illustrations, Figma kit library, pictograms, icons, motion assets, accessibility documents.
Asset Requirements: Include a link to a GitHub ticket, code, hi-fi design files, usage guidance, accessibility documentation, and/or Figma kit library.
Asset Quality: The contributed asset meets quality standards defined by the contribution framework, such as adherence to best practices, comprehensive documentation, and successful integration into the organization's ecosystem.
Participation in Pattern/Component Workgroup: Actively participate in at least one workgroup dedicated to the creation and publication of a reusable Carbon asset.
Review and Critique: Engaging in the review and critique process with relevant internal teams, such as the core Carbon team, Design System Implementation Team, and Design System Adoption Guild, plays a significant role in the asset evaluation. The candidate has sought feedback from these teams during the design and publication process, ensuring the refinement of their contribution.
