P3M3 Assessors have demonstrated an ability to provide the basis for the development of an improvement plan to help an organization to be more effective in delivering change and transformation. This individual has undertaken training and testing of the P3M3 maturity model which measures an organization’s performance with regards to its Portfolio, Programme and Project Management practices. These practices are assessed in line with global best practices provided by AXELOS.
