Earning Criteria

The DLC has completed a multi-month programme (up to 12 months) of continued professional development, including both in-depth delivery and theoretical content. Learning is based on a personalised development plan with optional 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring.
The DLC will apply their learning to their core delivery with follow up observation, development activities, plus coaching and mentoring.
