In part one of the blog, “What Do Your Employees Really Need to Succeed at Work?” we discussed research that Officevibe conducted about the ten metrics of employee engagement, and how digital credentials heighten all of those metrics.

  • Company Alignment - the most engaged employers want their employees to continually learn and grow. By offering digital credentials to your workforce, you’re allowing synergy between what the company cares about, and what your employees care about. Knowing that your best, most engaged employees are continually working to better themselves, so that they may be the best employees, is the ultimate in alignment.
