Partner Account Manager

Credly grows through high-impact partnerships with some of the world’s most respected organizations. As part of the Business Development and Partner Management Teams you support and manage Credly’s network of partners, ensuring smooth communication, reinforcing the Credly value proposition, driving broader adoption, cultivating and highlighting impactful case studies, delighting customers, and being a champion for the partner within Credly (problem solving, product roadmap input, opportunity development, etc.).

  • Outbound lead generation experience
  • Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for any and all matters specific to partners for a portfolio of partner accounts
  • Build and maintain durable, trust-based, partner relationships Support partner product knowledge and contribute to more impactful utilization of Credly
  • Sustain and manage accountability through objectives and key results as they pertain to partner sales and renewals Assist in marketing communication within accounts to increase adoption and use
  • Identify/Develop new business opportunities within the partnership account including new credential types, additional professional services, integration opportunities
  • Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product) Advocate for partner internally to ensure timely and successful delivery of Credly solutions according to customer needs, objectives and expectations
  • Occasional Travel (2-3x per quarter, estimated)

Credly is a remote-first team with a headquarters in New York. A base in Los Angeles is preferred but not required for this position. Applicant is invited to work from home or from a local co-working space.
