Earning Criteria

Earners are required to complete a range of learning activities to support them develop the knowledge to be able to effectively facilitate workshops virtually. This includes demonstrating understanding of the BABOK elicitation and collaboration knowledge area and completing the required learning materials.
Earners are required to have their skills observed by their People Leader, Practice Lead or Chapter Lead to verify they have met the proficiency level. On successful completion of the observation the earner is entitled to claim their digital badge.
