Earners have engaged in intensive learning sessions, participated in weekly learning activities, and engaged in robust discussions with peers and facilitators, as well as completed the following assessment tasks to demonstrate their understanding of Corporate Governance.

Prepared a consultative report responding to Government Tenders for roads, bridges, and freeway construction as part of their expansion strategy by outlining range of corporate governance principles and policies available for consideration. This is supported by explaining structure, and composition of the board of directors.

Completed a consultative report of the corporate governance systems outlining list of policies and an implementation process that articulates the separation between management and governance, along with delivering a presentation to the Board of Directors advising on the practical elements of corporate governance for ASX listed companies, how these are executed, and the value they bring to their assigned engineering contracting firm.

Developed a business report by applying corporate governance policy on contemporary governance, social, or ethical issue and developed a position on their selected issue using quality external sources and theories to build a set of recommendations.
