Individuals who complete Accenture’s People Leadership Credential grow their emotional intelligence on the essentials of leading people. In Level 1, they showcase their skills and knowledge of their journey by successfully completing the Connect, Develop, and Empower chapters and/or the Level 1 scenario-based Assessment. Individuals create lasting, emotional bonds with team members, helping them to learn, grow, and be inspired to cultivate their career at Accenture.
