Earners of this badge have successfully completed IEP Method® IEP-Activator (IEP-A) Level 1 foundational training through the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative® and company sponsorship. Through this training, earners complete IEP-A Level 1 fieldwork and integration activities of the IEP Method and applying it to their organizational culture. Earners are also eligible to apply for the Certified IEP Method® Positive Energy Leader: Level 1 credential after completing this training.

Earning Criteria

  • Completion of the IEP-Activator (IEP-A) Level 1 training modules in Positive Energy Workplace Initiative® by Active Choices, Inc. ACI's IEP-A Program is designed for the individual who wants to optimize personal Intentional Energetic Presence® (IEP), work 1:1 or with team members on the IEP cont, and/or share content within their sponsor organization. Earners must complete the IEP Credential Program to be a Certified IEP Method® leader, and are NOT eligible to teach IEP Fundamentals.
  • Successfully completed IEP-Activator fieldwork and integration to support Self Leadership, including The IEP Sheet, The Essential You (Values, Vision, and Purpose), identifying Tolerations, Complaints to Requests, Energetic Awareness and Presence (Embodiment States and Energetic Xylophone), and Relational IEP (Love Your Nemesis, Co-Designing Healthy Partnerships and Agreements).
  • Successfully completed IEP-Activator fieldwork to support successful internal meetings in one-on-on and group settings. Skills include facilitating the IEP Energy Check, the IEP Presence Reboot, Creating Agreements, The Wall of Awesome, The 5 Steps to Intentional Impact, The IEP Moment and Appreciation, and Environmental IEP.
