Certified facilitators are able to deliver the simulation experience built in partnership by The Wiseman Group and BTS, USA. Facilitators may be certified to run one or all of several versions (Individual Contributor, Manager, Senior Leader). While certified faciltators are capable of delivering the associated programs, any individual or organizational licenses and supporting materials for the participants of the experience must be acquired through either The Advantage Performance Group or BTS.

Earning Criteria

Complete the 3 Step Process to become certified as a facilitator: 1) attend the simulation experience as a participant, 2) complete facilitator preparation with Master Facilitator (Mind of the Facilitator, Leaders Guide Deconstruction, Practice), 3) Teach-back and sign-off by Master Facilitator. Note: Facilitators are not credentialed to deliver any other content developed around Multipliers by either The Wiseman Group or other external partnerships they may have.
