Earners participate in extensive trainings in DEI&E topics such as stereotypes, identities, unconscious bias, allyship and equity. After completing trainings, earners create an Inclusivity Proposal with their team by identifying and suggesting inclusive practices to implement at AFA Leaders Conference. The earner’s growth in this area will lead them to greater awareness of their own identities, biases and skills to ensure they contribute to inclusive environments.
