This individual has chosen to be a mentor for the American Gem Society’s (AGS) Mentorship Program. The program was established to foster professional growth and career development through the mentor/mentee relationship. As a mentor, they served as a learning broker, coach, trusted advisor, and sounding board for issues relating to the mentee's career goals and development.
