Earning Criteria

Complete the 40 hour US Air Force CPI Greenbelt Training or equivalent.
Serve as a member on a Green Belt Project Team and successfully participated in one Rapid Improvement Event.
Complete a professional journal that described the experience of participating as a member of the Green Belt Project Team and the impact the earner had on the Rapid Improvement Event. Please see Professional Journal Template for guidance.
Compile a portfolio that includes a 40-hour USAF CPI Greenbelt Training certificate, or equivalent, and a professional journal.
The portfolio was reviewed by the First Sergeants' Council according to the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Rubric and recommended for the award of the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Badge.
