The Cognitive-Psychosocial Jobs Demand Analysis (CPJDA) parodies the common industry practice of performing physical demands analysis (PDA) to assess physical abilities and restrictions of employees. Earners of this Microskill will demonstrate understanding of the background and application of performing a CPJDA. This includes demonstration and training of the CPJDA Tool built by the Workers’ Compensation Board – Alberta.
