Must be an employee of Allegis Global Solutions
Experience: Have led an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for at least one year
Experience: Have created at least 4 learning based experiences for the organization that allows for AGS to be better allies and advocates of the community represented in the ERG
Action: Make a good faith effort to increase ERG membership and event attendance by leveraging internal networks and creating an attractive marketing plan
Action: Created an annual operating plan that clearly aligns to our organization's business strategy and I&D strategy
Action: Created and met the goals set in their annual operating plan and built a strong leadership team to succeed their role upon completion of the one year term (if leader elects to no longer lead the ERG)
