The Mentor Training Program is an intensive 12-week development program for mentors who are supporting new joiners in their onboarding. Participants undertake an asynchronous curriculum complemented by a series of workshops and mentor development sessions. Upon completion mentors are able to support different learning styles and apply emotional intelligence coaching.
