Tech Ops will sign off on new badge earners and badges will expire January 31st of each year.

Earning Criteria

  • Tech Champion
  • Action: Attend regular Tech Champ session (4 for NA and APAC, 6 for EMEA) and provide regular feedback on those sessions
  • Knowledge: Demonstrate a higher level of knowledge on your MSP account and also a solid understanding of the VMS and how it applies
  • Action: Communicate consistently with the Tech Analyst and provide constructive feedback for future sessions
