Course 1- Bridging Differences- An Introduction to DE&I: You'll grasp diversity, equity, and inclusion's importance, including their business ROI impact, explore personal unconscious biases, discern their influence via "fast and slow thinking," and craft strategies to confront biases and handle blind spots adeptly.

Course 2- Bridging Diversity-Diversity in Action: Recognize diversity, equity, inclusion, and unconscious bias, celebrate differences, assume responsibility for fostering inclusivity, and formulate an accountable plan for valuing diversity in all aspects of life.

Course 3- Bridging Cultures- Creating an Inviting Culture: Discover the advantages of diverse teams, environments, and events, establish psychological safety, and then devise a team culture strategy that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Course 4- Bridging Bias- Unconscious Bias: Using a unique interactive movie choose-your-own-experience format Unconscious Bias covers the basic concepts of unconscious bias and promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The course provides eye-opening opportunities to shift perspectives and experience the world in a way that challenges us to examine how we think about the people around us.
