Course 1- Mastering Management-Motivating Your Team: Earners gain insight into what drives motivation. They explore both internal and external factors that influence behavior, which vary from person to person. Understanding these is key for managers since motivated employees are more productive, happier, and stay longer. Earners will learn to identify these motivational forces and use them to inspire and engage their teams for better performance.
