Earning Criteria

TEAM DEVELOPMENT may include: Specific strategies to retain and acquire new teams, a community wheel/mapping assessment with assignment of individuals to target opportunity areas, care services staff engagement in outreach/corporate lead generation, and targeted support group attendance/collaboration.

CULTIVATION & PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT: Developing and executing a cultivation plan for current and past VIP individuals focused on introductions to other areas of the organization.

COMMUNICATION PLAN: Creating and implementing multi-channel communications leading into/out of event including phone, email, mail, social, Hustle, video.

COLLABORATION & TRAINING may include: Regularly attending regional meetings, partner with national staff during trainings, partner with care services staff in recruitment/retention, schedule outreach and presentations with stewardship chair, attending development, mission and advocacy trainings offered.

STEWARDSHIP may include: Implementing a minimum of two new pre-event activities, completed 3 months prior to event focused on promotion/recruitment, quarterly personalized outreach to Top 10 teams, quarterly personalized outreach to Top 20 participants, implementation of Key to Defeat Program.

MISSION & RESEARCH CALL TO ACTION: Incorporating interactive table/area/activities focused on Research or preparing an updated Case for Support.

CORPORATE RECRUITMENT may include: Hosting corporate kick-off/breakfast/lunch & learn, rally/informational event on recruitment strategy, community festival/corporate health/job fair with 100+ people, quarterly personalized outreach to sponsors.
