Earning Criteria

  • Exceed or meet event income goal
  • TEAM RETENTION may include: 80% of previous year VIP Teams register and fundraise in Classy/Luminate, PALS engagement increases by 2%, or development staff attend outreach/engagement
  • COMMITTEE DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIP may include: Recruiting event leader and completing eLearning Onboarding, increasing event committee membership by 20%, establishing succession planning pipeline through recruitment of incoming event lead, committee securing corporate team/partnership totaling $5,000+
  • ACQUISITION may include: Acquiring a new regional or national corporate partnership, acquiring a new regional or national corporate team, acquiring a multi-year partnership of $10,000+ within local chapter network, successfully transitioning VIP event donor or team captain into sustainer/major donor of $10,000+
  • INNOVATION: Implement at least one new strategy from the following areas with demonstrable impact: memorial activities, team captain motivation, competitive fundraising promotions/incentives, Unlock program, corporate engagement, Team Remember
