Course 1- Thriving Through Challenges: Earners will learn how to manage conflict, stay resilient, and turn challenges into opportunities. It covers how to cope with challenges, managing your response to workplace conflict, how rest makes you more resilient, tips for staying adaptable and resilient, stepping outside your comfort zone and using criticism and rejection to grow, and finally strategies for turning challenges into opportunities.

Course 2- Situational Conflict: Conflict often causes unease for employees and organizations, impacting emotions and relationships. Leaders face similar distress when managing conflict, which is one of their toughest challenges. Poorly managed conflict results in high costs like time loss, attrition, legal issues, and reduced productivity. Conflict can lead to information hoarding and risk avoidance, resulting in poor decisions and low morale. Earners learn how to handle situational conflict.

Course 3- Managing Conflict: But what exactly have you got against me? Why should I tell you? There’s no point, I know you will never change! Are you making these accusations? Why don't you look in the mirror instead! Perhaps phrases like these echo in your ears .... Earners will see how to prevent and reduce conflicts, and how to transform them into opportunities for cooperation.
