Earners of the Transfer Articulation 101 badge have developed a fundamental understanding of the principles for transfer, including guiding principles, articulation agreements/partnerships, and awareness for CPL/PLA. Although transfer practices vary by institution, earners are able to utilize basic concepts for varying institutional practices and policies and have the baseline competencies to comprehend policies and procedures for transfer operations at most higher education institutions.

Earning Criteria

Earners of the badge completed all the modules in the self-paced course. The modules include guiding principles, transfer credit basics, common questions and considerations in the transfer office, articulation agreements, and credit for CPL/PLA.
Pass the final assessment based on all seven courses in the AACRAO Transfer Articulation 101 course with 70% or higher.
