Earning Criteria

Sub-Specialty credentials are only issued to ABQAURP Diplomates who have successfully completed the HCQM Certification Exam. Sub-Specialty credentials may be applied for at the time of certification or any time during a Diplomate's membership period.
Sub-Specialty credentials are issued to Diplomates who meet the following requirements: Sub-Specialty application; hold a current, non-restricted license in each state licensed or certified (as applicable to profession); provide documentation of active involvement (at least 312 hours) within the last four years in Managed Care; and complete a minimum of 24 hours of ABQAURP-approved continuing education pertinent to Managed Care (HCQM Core Body of Knowledge hours apply).
